A lifetime in the Cariboo

Born and raised in Williams Lake, married with two grown children, the reason I am still here is because of the great out doors and the friendly people in the Cariboo. Lifelong outdoorsman I enjoy fishing, outdoor exploration, boating, snowmobiling, downhill skiing, archery, ATV'ing, 4x4 trekking, hunting, camping and hiking. Each of the four seasons provides great pleasure even after 53 years I am still discovering new places in this Cariboo-Chilcotin region, it really is that BIG. Allow me to help you find the right location and enjoy what the Cariboo Chilcotin has to offer.

One common theme has stayed with me all these years and that is to "treat people fairly, and with respect." This is why I took on real estate where my easy going personality can help make property purchases more enjoyable for my clients in trust with confidence. Finding a good balance between work and play all depends on where you hang your hat.  Outdoor recreation is our passion and the Central interior of British Columbia is generous to those who enjoy the wilderness yet want amenities and shopping with in reasonable distance in a smaller community atmosphere.  If large city life is your bag your not gona like this area, its is small town with rural subdivisions and rural living right out the back yard.  Yes we have BC Transit services, plenty of events to attend, decent shopping, wide assortment of dinning experiences, and much more.

Here you should own a truck that can pack and pull toys for exploration and entertainment, a fishing rod is mandatory survival equipment. No matter what season, there is always something to do.
